Fair use

Do not bypass request limits, automate traffic to exhaust bandwidth, attack the service, upload unlawful content, or use test endpoints as general upload or file-distribution services. Resource limits may stop or restrict tests.

Measurement limits

Results are estimates of observed application throughput and HTTP round-trip latency for a particular device, route, endpoint, and time. They are not a guarantee of an internet provider’s contractual performance, the theoretical speed of a router, or fitness for a specific application. Repeat tests and use other diagnostics when making important decisions.

Sharing and content

When you create a report, anyone with its link may view its metrics until deletion or expiry. Do not represent browser-reported results as independently verified. Guides are general educational information. We may correct or update them.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available, subject to rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. The owner should obtain appropriate review before relying on this template for liability limitations or dispute terms.
